Delivery Information

– Once the order is placed, cancellation is not allowed.

– If you have made multiple orders with the same address and recipient name, we typically treat them as separate orders for delivery. Free delivery (Standard Delivery – UK) is available for orders totaling £70 or more. If you wish for us to consolidate multiple orders with the same address and recipient’s name, please contact us promptly.

– Complimentary delivery (Standard Delivery – UK) for all orders totaling £70 or more is offered in our online shop, delivered to any UK postal address. For orders under £70, the recipient is responsible for covering the delivery charge.

– Complimentary delivery (Standard Delivery – UK) for orders purchasing knife solely. If you also purchase other non-knife products and the order amount is under £70, you will need to pay the delivery fee for other non-knife products as well.

– For orders under £70, there is a £4.99 delivery charge. This is our default delivery option for UK orders.

– Customer should make sure their delivery address and recipient information are correctly entered before proceeding to payment.

– We strive to dispatch all orders within 1 – 4 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) after your order has been confirmed.

– All items undergo inspection and are securely packaged before delivery, especially fragile items.

Age Verification for Bladed Products Delivery (Regulated by UK law)

– All parcel that contains a knife cannot be left in a ‘safe place’ or at neighbour’s address.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

– Regarding delivery delays, we are not liable for unforeseen shipping disruptions caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.

– If Royal Mail or another courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other reasons, Mybearhome is not accountable for the cost of reshipping merchandise to the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Return or Exchange

– Should you discover any issues with the products, you may return to us for a refund or an exchange of the same products or other products with the same value via WhatsApp or email us ([email protected]) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographic evidence. Without this information, we regret that we cannot process any refunds or exchanges.

-Items returned to us must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused.

-Refunds or exchanges will only be made when the items have been safely received back and have been inspected. If these conditions are not met, your purchase will not be refunded.

– If the refund or exchange necessitates a shipping fee, please note that these charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs.

-Kindly note that refund item via Stripe may occur service charge by Stripe and we will not responsible for the service charge. (For example: An order of total £30 which include £4.99 as postage fee, we could refund you £25.01. However, if you choose to refund to your credit card which you used in our online shop, you may not receive the full amount due to service fee charged by Stripe.)

-Kindly note that refunds and exchanges are not applicable in cases of deliberate damage or due to personal preference.

-The product size mentioned in our website is an estimated measurement, there may be 1cm – 3cm difference from actual products that you received. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges request based on any product size issue.
